TEFOND PLUS is the best solution for waterproofing walls and foundations. The sealant in the joints prevents water infiltration between the sheets of the membrane, where freatic conditions do not exist. Walls and foundations are completely protected from rainwater, however abundant. TEFOND PLUS is resistant to the external stress created by the backfilling.

Installed on flat roofs TEFOND PLUS provides additional waterproofing to the bituminous sheet and protects the insulation from water seepage. TEFOND PLUS is also the ideal support for all kinds of finishing materials (sand,gravel,and concrete paving slabs): at the same time it seperates them from the insulation and from the waterproofing preventing in this way any damage or deterioration.

For slabs in direct contact with the soil TEFOND PLUS is the ideal separation membrane preventing dampness coming from the ground. The concrete may be poured directly onto TEFOND PLUS. In This Way TEFOND PLUS prevents water and damp coming from the soil, equalizing the moisture pressures: the result is that slabs are always perfectly dry.
