ZUNTER and VERTEX fiberglass mesh have ISO certificate and is woven from 100% fiberglass and then coated with a special antialkali solution to be resistant to alkali in cement and plaster.
Two main features to be found in Fiberglass Mesh
An ideal fiberglass mesh should be coated with a special solution of at least %18 of its weight in order to resist alkali in the cement or the plaster.
Tensile Strength Test; Mesh is immersed in 5% NAOH solution for 28 days and at the end of 28 days the tensile strength figure should not be less than 50% of the pre-immersion figure. For Zunter and Vertex, this figure is higher than 50%.
