Zunter Polyurethane Foam |
ZUNTER is multipurpose foam used for filling, erection and produced of imported German patented raw material. It hardens between 2 and 4 hours in wet conditions. |
Application Field |
For fixation of doors, window frames and similar frames, to fill the spaces, for the isolation of warm and cold water pipes; to stuff up spaces, holes and cracks. |
Technical Properties |
After being hard in 2 or 4 hours, it can be rough hewed, cleaned and painted. It can be sticked to all kind of building materials except silikone teflon, polyethylene and polypropylene. It is resistant to every kind of weather conditions sea water steam and moisture. It is not easy inflammable. |
Directions for Use |

Shake the tube strongly 30 seconds. |

Turn the dosage trigger and install insert it to the tube. |

Remove the dirt, grease and dust from the place of application and wet it with water. (Especially weitting the bottom and foam is important for quickening the reaction and obtaining a good result.) |

Turn the tube down and use it that way. |
|
At the applications next the dried pieces of foam should be kept clean,can be cleaned by using acetone. |
|
Foam which is sticked at places which should be kept clean, can be cleaned by using acetone. |

As the volume of foam lenders to expand just the proper quantities should be used. |
